About The Role

- We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager with a strong background in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building strategic relationships with clients in the BFSI, FinTech, and IT services sectors.

Key Requirements

- Must have IT services experience
- Open to frequent client travel
- 1015 strong CXO-level connects in BFSI, FinTech, IT
- Proven record in B2B sales, handling end-to-end sales cycles
- Closed deals worth $250K+ (2 Cr+)
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

- Achieve 6 Cr annual order booking & acquire 12 new clients/year
- Identify and close sales opportunities in FinTech/BFSI
- Manage complete sales lifecycle, including pricing & proposal
- Build strong client relationships and ensure post-deal growth
- Lead generation, pipeline building, and strategic partnerships
- Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams
- Represent company at key events; manage distributed teams
