We are currently looking for Consultant Specialist Department: - Core Banking In This Role, You Will - Be available for support when any issue occurs outside the working hours. - Adherence to the timelines/SLAs on fixing the issues based on priority. - Maintaining log of all issue resolution and performing root cause analysis of frequent issues. - Alignment of production support team with all the deployments so that there is smooth support by production support team post the deployment completion. - Resolution of queries from consuming applications and responding them with the progress updates. - Documentation of all information required e.g. consuming applications, APIs etc and publish production dashboard. - Attend RCA (root cause analysis) meeting and take the action till closure. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 8-12 years of experience in IT with 6+ years in production support. Should have solid understanding of production support processes. - Experience on IBMi (AS400 iSeries) programming languages CLLE / RPGLE / DB2 /SQL. - Experience on integration technologies like Mule will be added advantage. - One of the key trait is leading technical team in incident triage and communicate with all levels of stakeholders confidently. - ITIL certification will be added advantage. - Should have strong analytical and problem solving capabilities. - Self-motivated and should be able to work independently. - Strong communication skills - Adequate knowledge of IBMi Platform like RTC / RDi - Experience in monitoring tools like AppDynamics.
