This is fully remote work opportunity for a Fortune 500 client in IT consulting space While this is on an independent contractor work set-up with open-ended duration this requires full 8hours day Mondays to Fridays US day shift work schedule Laptop will be provided And opportunity to get hired direct by our client is available Responsibilities Implement Software Asset Management policies Procedures Design service catalogs for Software request management and lifecycle Handle medium to large scale SAM projects as a project manager and publisher lead Understand and manage a publishers contract and use rights Administer ServiceNow SAM Pro functionally and technically Troubleshoot ServiceNow SAM Pro platform issues and escalate to platform vendor Perform customization activities in terms of custom license metrics custom part numbers creating pattern normalization and reclamation rules Experienced in creating SaaS integrations and resolving technical gaps Review medium to complex Effective License Position ELP reports Conduct SAM maturity assessments and provide recommendations and remediations as a Sr Consultant Qualifications Has similar experience or work mentioned above Competent on up to 4 tier 1 publishers Microsoft Oracle IBM VMware SAP any 3 Tier 2 publishers Salesforce Adobe Quest Autodesk Microfocus Citrix Veritas Informatica Expert functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro Indepth knowledge of publisher contracts and use rights Experience in reviewing medium and complex ELPs Technically strong in creating Out of the box and custom reports and dashboards Expert in conducting SAM maturity assessments and independently provide recommendations and remediations as a Sr consultant Amenable to work US Day shift and on an independent contractor arrangement A Plus if you have Certification on Software Asset Manager CSAM or CIS SAM Pro implementation Powered by JazzHR
