About Our Client: Our client is a prominent player in the rapidly evolving Internet Service Provider sector in India. With a strong commitment to delivering high-speed broadband services, the company has established a significant market presence and is continuously expanding its customer base. - Designation: EB Sales AM/DM - Education: Post graduation - Experience: 5+ years of Experience - Location: Hyderabad About the Role: Responsible for driving Leased line and SME Sales & ARPU targets for the Enterprise Business vertical and Responsible for the revenue and end to end account management with high level of client relationship management. Role & Responsibilities : - Prepare and submit annual sales plan and budget covering Bandwidth, Leased Lines - Geographic Spread of Corporate Clients, Sales Manpower plan and projected revenues - Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan - Daily tracking of maintain the compliance against check the status on a regular basis against sales plan - Submit MIS to management in the approved format and decided periodicity - Conduct reviews of Enterprise Business team on periodic basis - Conduct sales trainings for Enterprise Business and build the b2b capabilities in the team - Coordinating with operations Team on day-to-day basis and streamlining the running processes in terms of Activities TAT and feasibility check etc - Submit periodic market intelligence report to group EB head on Market trend, Contemporary Products and Competitors practices - Conduct periodic market assessment of customer satisfaction to draw plans to address areas of concern for ensuring customer retention - Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches - Assume administrative control for Enterprise Business Vertical - Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the Enterprise Business Vertical - Need to maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company and adherence of the SLAs - Responsible for educating and training the concerned team regarding Dept. vision, Processes and policies - Analysing the market potential, universe of b2b market, database and funnel build up Vertical wise focus of the business across the business and providing the right solution as per the requirement marketing plans and campaigns for EB business Must have : - Highest Qualification - Post graduation - Must be having an overall experience of 5 years - Must be having Relevant experience of B2B Sales from Telecommunication field - Must have experience in Internet Leased Line Sale
