Who You Are:
- You've owned accounts, not just "worked on" them.
- You read data like a second language.
- You know how to make Google Ads + Meta Ads + TikTok Ads sing in harmony.
- You believe performance marketing is equal parts art, science, and a bit of guts.
- You're at home in platforms, but thrive in strategy.
What You'll Be Doing:
Running high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
Building and optimizing Meta & TikTok ads for growth-stage products
Creating funnels that feel seamless, not spammy
Collaborating with a top-tier content, SEO & dev team
Owning budgets, testing fast, scaling faster
Turning CPCs and CPAs into real stories of growth
Your Stack Might Include:
- Google Ads (of course)
- Meta Business Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
- GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
- Sheets / Airtable for performance tracking
- A passion for testing angles, not just headlines
