That's why we're looking for a Google Ads Specialist (Part-time) who gets the balance — art meets algorithm, and bold thinking meets ruthless optimization.
About the RoleYou're the kind of marketer who doesn't just set up campaigns — you engineer outcomes. You understand how to structure, test, and scale Google Ads strategies that drive value, not just vanity metrics.
Whether it's search, display, or shopping — you speak Google fluently.
You care about the craft. You live in the details. And you're ready to plug into big thinking with focused execution.
What You'll Do- Build and manage high-performance Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube)
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize based on performance data — not guesswork
- Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to align paid media with brand goals
- Develop testing strategies (A/B, audiences, bidding) to drive consistent improvement
- Stay on top of trends, platform changes, and emerging tools in the performance space
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and performance media
- A strong grasp of metrics, attribution, and the ability to translate insights into action
- Comfort with working independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
- Clear communication and reporting skills
- Bonus: experience in fashion, culture, tech, or lifestyle brands
