We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Vehicle Loan Recovery Officer to join our team. The primary role of this position is to ensure timely recovery of vehicle loan installments from customers, manage overdue accounts, and maintain healthy loan portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a customer-centric approach while handling recovery processes.As a Loan Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for following up with customers on pending payments, visiting clients in the field, and resolving overdue cases. You will also handle repossession processes when required, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. Maintaining proper records of recoveries, settlements, and customer interactions is a key part of this role.This role requires integrity, persistence, and the ability to deal with sensitive financial matters in a professional manner.
