**Job Description**:
A service advisor typically works in between customers and the service technicians. The service advisor communicates with customers to determine the services required for their vehicles,its timeline and provides the technicians with accurate service descriptions about the customers' concerns. The service advisor's responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, verifying the vehicle, conducting inspections before delivery.
