Key Responsibilities Coordinate and prepare PPAP documentation in accordance with APQP standards Track monitor and ensure timely submission of PPAP packages to customers and internal stakeholders Maintain detailed records and document control of all PPAP submissions approvals and revisions Communicate with cross-functional teams including quality engineering and production to gather required data and documents Use advanced Excel tools pivot tables VLOOKUP formulas macros etc to manage data build trackers and analyze quality metrics Support audits and customer requests by providing accurate and timely documentation Continuously improve the PPAP process by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements Maintain compliance with customer-specific requirements and industry standards Qualifications Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical Industrial Quality or a related field 3 to 6 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment PPAP experience strongly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas pivot tables data validation and charts Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools APQP FMEA MSA SPC and Control Plans is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Process-driven mindset with the ability to follow and improve structured workflows Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments Preferred Skills Experience with quality management systems QMS Familiarity with customer portals and submission tools Understanding of automotive or aerospace industry standards IATF 16949 AS9100 etc Basic knowledge of data visualization tools e g Power BI Tableau is a plus Department Transportation India Associate Skills Required Analytical Thinking Quality Management Systems QMS Documentations People Management Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Production Part Approval Process PPAP APQP Communication Years Of Exp 3 to 6 Years Desirable Skills Analytical Thinking Quality Management Systems QMS Documentations People Management Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Production Part Approval Process PPAP APQP Communication Designation Associate
