Guest Service Associate

Guest interaction and service Welcome and seat guests Greet guests warmly escort them to their tables and present menus Take orders Accurately take food and beverage orders including special requests and dietary needs and communicate them to the kitchen Serve and present Serve food and beverages promptly and clear and reset tables after guests depart Ensure guest satisfaction Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues professionally Process payments Handle guest bills accurately and process payments cash and credit Upsell and promote Promote menu items specials and other offers to maximize revenue Operational and back-of-house support Coordinate with kitchen Communicate with the kitchen regarding orders wait times and product availability Maintain cleanliness Ensure the dining area tables and service stations are clean and well-organized Prepare for service Assist with setting up dining areas and preparing equipment linen and condiments before service begins Adhere to standards Follow all health safety and sanitation policies including food safety regulations and emergency procedures Perform closing duties Complete closing procedures such as restocking and cleaning Assist other outlets Support other F B outlets during peak times if needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 12 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
