Job Description About the Role As the Associate Director of Product at Credgenics, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our flagship product portfolio that powers India's most advanced collections and debt resolution ecosystem. You will define the long-term roadmap, mentor a team of product managers, and collaborate closely with business, engineering, design, and data teams to drive innovation and scale. What You'll Be Doin - gDefine and own the product strategy and vision Develop a multi-year roadmap that aligns product innovation with business growth and market expansion goals - .Lead and mentor Manage, coach, and grow a team of high-performing product managers. What We're Looking F - or57 years of experience in product management, with at least 12 years in a team management or senior IC role in FinTech, SaaS, or B2B technolog - y.Proven success in defining and scaling high-impact products in fast-paced, data-driven organization - s.Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and roadmap executio - n.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, GA, etc. - ).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skill - s.Experience working with banking, lending, or collections technology is a strong plu - s.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred ).
