About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Manager of Analytics to join our dynamic Gartner Conferences analytics team in Gurgaon We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong technical skills combined with exceptional data story telling ability both oral and written This individual will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of 2-4 people driving analytics initiatives and solving complex business problems What you will do Lead and manage a team of analytics professionals providing guidance mentorship and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Develop and implement analytics strategies frameworks and methodologies to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization Utilize advanced analytics techniques and tools to uncover insights identify trends and solve complex business problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs define analytics requirements and deliver actionable recommendations Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels both verbally and in written reports or presentations Stay up to date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in analytics and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement What you will need Bachelor s degree in a relevant field e g Mathematics Statistics Computer Science is required A master s degree or equivalent is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics data science or a related field with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and driving business outcomes Consulting experience preferred Strong technical skills in data manipulation statistical analysis and data visualization using tools such as Python R SQL and Tableau Excellent data storytelling and communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Proven experience in managing and developing teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to think analytically and
