Your Role - Responsible for facilitating the creation and distribution of periodic reports for external and internal customers - Prepares and reviews workpapers for state audits as requested by the state regulators. - Responsible for the facilitation of reconciliation of items that are out of standard of expected results - Manage customer reporting setup and changes including Online access - Effectively work with administrative and operational personnel Your Profile - 4 to 6 years experience in Availability Management - Two-year college degree or material work experience in related field. - Knowledge and demonstrated use of Microsoft Office products: Excel; Word; PowerPoint; with a particular emphasis on Excel. - Experience with reporting and query tools; such as SQL; Cognos; Crystal Reports; or Tableau; a plus. - Continuous improvement and detail-oriented mindset.
