Good mathematical and computer skills.They seek out new business opportunities for their clients while advising them on products or services that best fit their needsResolving customer issues and concerns.Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.You get exposure across products like retail loans, business loans, working capital financing, trade finance, forex, credit cards and a whole lot moreGood sales and negotiation skills.Work closely with the monitoring team for early warning signals and take appropriate actions as identifiedPlenty of drive, initiative and motivationTo manage the development of prudently priced assets, and cost-effective long-term liability with reputable companies and organizations in order to ensure BankâÂÂs maximum profitability.Ensuring customer satisfaction.Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring the effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospective customers.Conducting customer interviews.To identify and develop a target pipeline and aggressively market for new profitable status customers from the identified target sectors.Meeting Sales targets in term of inflow, Cross Sell, Up sell and reference generationInitiate and Maintain personal contact with existing investors and allocated leads over the phone and meetingBuilding relationship with the existing clients and leads for business generationContacting and meeting minimum number of leads/clients per day/week/monthExhibits proper understanding of institutional sales with thrust on TASC products with CMS and digital solutionsPassing on Feedback on calling in a defined format on a daily/periodic basisAcquire Key TASC customers of the market in collaboration with the Cluster/Circle Head TASC and the Branch Head of the respective Branch.Develop and nurture trust relationships with a portfolio of major clientsIdentifying and communicating customer needs.Maintain high professional standards and strive to provide quality services and competitive pricing to clientsExcellent communication and listening skills.Cultivate good rapport with corporate clients and ensure, the bank becomes the choice for their Investment and banking.An interest in financial products and markets.Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the bank and its products with customer needsEstablish quality profit-earning customer relationships within the target marketEnsure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers.Maintain a high level of quality and consistency while proposing various facilities for the customerPrimarily deals with retail customers and offers them banking and financial advisory. Apart from this, a relationship manager may also be required to supervise bank employees communicating with their clients. Sound financial knowledge is a must for this roleAcquiring new clients for the company through own references and leads provided by the companyMentoring junior members of the team.Responsible for managing the entire Banking and Financial needs of the customer as a Single Point of Contact from the BankManaging relationships with customers.
