Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of sales and marketing activities at Molecules Bio Labs Pvt. Ltd. The role involves coordinating between internal teams, assisting in lead management, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring effective communication with clients and distributors. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a flair for communication, and a keen interest in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate day-to-day sales and marketing operations to ensure smooth execution of activities. - Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and client correspondence. - Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. - Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and marketing materials. - Collaborate with the sales team to track targets and prepare performance reports. - Communicate effectively with clients, distributors, and internal departments to ensure timely responses and follow-ups. - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 0-3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or related roles (experience in nutraceutical/pharma preferred). - Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is an advantage.
