Company Description Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is a 100 owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH one of the world s leading global supplier of technology and services offering end-to-end Engineering IT and Business Solutions With over 28 200 associates it s the largest software development center of Bosch outside Germany indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US Europe and the Asia Pacific region Join Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited a pioneering subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH where innovation meets impact We are seeking a Redwood RunMyJobs Administrator to be an integral part of our high-energy collaborative team driving the future of automation Key Responsibilities - RunMyJobs Expertise - Design configure and manage RMJ scheduling and automation workflows - Create maintain and optimize Redwood objects including process definitions calendars events jobs and scripts - Troubleshoot and resolve RMJ job failures with precision and speed - Operations Delivery - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the RMJ environment ensuring high availability and strict adherence to SLAs - Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement automation best practices - Ensure effective monitoring alerting and proactive incident management for Redwood workloads - Migration Transformation - Support the migration of legacy workloads such as UC4 Automic TWS to RMJ - Work closely with architects and consultants to build next-generation automation platforms - Governance Standards - Ensure compliance with Bosch security audit and quality standards - Document processes playbooks and knowledge artifacts for reuse and training purposes Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field Advanced Redwood RunMyJobs certifications preferred Additional Information Required Skills Experience 4-8 years of IT experience with at least 2 years dedicated to Redwood RunMyJobs Strong knowledge of Redwood job scheduling scripting and monitoring Hands-on expertise in automation design troubleshooting and optimization Exposure to migrations from UC4 Control-M or other schedulers preferred Solid understanding of Linux Unix Windows servers and scripting Shell Python PowerShell Familiarity with cloud environments AWS Azure GCP is an added advantage Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
