Role Summary :
We are seeking an EcoSys Expert to implement configure and operationalize EcoSys Hexagon for project portfolio management and project controls supporting Honeywell programs The consultant will lead portfolio process configuration cost control forecasting EVM integrations with upstream systems eg SAPSFDCEDW and build standardized reporting analytics EcoSys is an Enterprise Project Performance platform combining PPM Project Controls Project Management in one solution
Key Responsibilities
Configure EcoSys Portfolios Projects Contracts modules design cost classes coding structures WBS timesheet budget forecasting workflows change controls and governance templates
Establish baselines progress capture EACEVM calculations variance analysis dashboards implement standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals KPIs
Orchestrate integrations between EcoSys and ERP eg SAP CRM SFDC schedulers Primavera P6MS Project and EDW Snowflake IICS to enable single source reporting
Build portfolio and project dashboards KPI cost schedule performance funding vs actuals leveraging EcoSys reports align to Honeywell reporting cadences
Translate Honeywell governance into EcoSys processes gates approvals auditability author SOPs Runbooks and conduct user training
Engage program leads finance controllers PMs and data teams manage change requests and cutovers aligned to SoW deliverables
Required Qualifications
6 - 10 years in PPM Project Controls 3 years hands on Eco Sys configuration and admin
Strong cost management budgeting forecasting and EVM knowledge monthly close processes
Proven integration experience with SAPSFDCEDW Snowflake IICS or similar ETL ability to define source to EcoSys mappings
Reporting skills EcoSys native plus Power BI Tableau for enterprise distribution
Solid SQL data modeling fundamentals Agile delivery Scrum SAFe
