NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a HR Operations & Admin Associate to join our P&C Delivery team in Gurugram - India. Role Overview - Respond to employee inquiries via email, chat, calls. - Resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee interactions. - Follow company policies and procedures while handling employee queries. - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes. - Provide consistent and reliable information to employees. - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. - To perform HR/related activities on various systems (Successfactors, SAP etc.), primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle (from Hire to Retire) - To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP - To manage the HR tickets in ESC tool - To perform tasks within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day-to-day basis Skills - Customer Service - Written Communication - Time Management - Problem Solving - Attention to Detail - Email Management - Chat Support Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. - Strong written communication skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. Working Hours - Supporting Flexible Time Zone - Hybrid work model Preferences - Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
