Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Executive located in Bengaluru. The Field Executive will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections, managing client interactions, executing legal documentation, and participating in real estate transactions. The role involves ensuring compliance with legal standards, providing timely reports, and supporting legal due diligence processes. Additionally, the Field Executive is expected to coordinate with various stakeholders and maintain detailed records of all activities. Strong skills in Client Interaction, Communication, and Report Writing, Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.Key Responsibilities 1. Client Visits & Relationship Management Visit customers, prospects, and vendors to understand their requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships to foster loyalty. Address queries, provide information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Sales & Business Development Promote and sell company products/services to target customers. Generate leads through direct visits, cold calling, and networking. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals. 3. Market Research & Data Collection Conduct surveys, collect customer feedback, and gather competitor intelligence. Identify potential areas for expansion and recommend strategies to management. 4. Coordination & Reporting Maintain proper communication between field operations and office staff. Prepare daily/weekly visit reports with details of meetings, inquiries, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods or services. 5. Promotional Activities Participate in on-ground marketing campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions. Distribute promotional material and demonstrate products where applicable. 6. Issue Resolution Handle client concerns, complaints, or service delays. Coordinate with relevant departments for quick problem resolution. Skills and Competencies Core Skills Communication Skills: Ability to clearly present products/services and engage with diverse clients. Negotiation Skills: Convince customers to choose the company’s offerings over competitors. Time Management: Manage multiple visits and tasks efficiently in a day. Territory Management: Plan and execute field visits to maximize coverage. Technical & Professional Skills Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication). Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software is a plus. Knowledge of the industry and local market trends. Personal Competencies Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Adaptability: Adjust to different customer needs, locations, and working conditions. Problem Solving: Find quick and effective solutions for operational challenges.
