Job Description We're Hiring: Social & Community Growth Strategist Location: Remote | Employment: Full-time WARNING: This isn't a make 5 reels a week kind of social job. We're looking for someone who can own Social as a business function not just manage pages. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, product, and community, transforming followers into paying learners and loyal fans. Who You Are - You don't just post; you engineer growth loops. - You understand how the social media world works in and out (Should have updated knowledge of policies and algorithms of different social media platforms especially FB, IG and LinkedIn). - You've moved social from awareness action revenue (and can prove it with case studies you worked on). - You're equally comfortable with UGC creators, dashboards, and storytelling. - You've worked in B2C/B2B2C education or coaching or have the hunger to. - You understand attribution (UTMs, cohorts) and live for creative analytics. Nice-to-have: - Experience launching online/cohort-based courses. - Existing network of creators & educator partners. What You'll Do - Lead strategy: Build a social roadmap aligned with launches, revenue targets, and category plays. - Influence product: Turn community feedback into product improvements. - Design funnels: Map and own conversion journeys (checklist audit cohort paid course). - Own P&L: Manage budgets, report ROI, and attribute social-led revenue. - Build a team: Hire and manage social, creator, and community pros. - Drive retention: Craft cohort experiences and alumni programs that keep learners engaged. - Protect the brand: Implement approval workflows, a crisis playbook, and brand guardrails.
