Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Business & Strategy Officer based in Bengaluru. The Chief Business & Strategy Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring financial objectives are met. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to maximize operational efficiency, identify growth opportunities, and provide executive-level consulting and recommendations. Strong focus will also be placed on steering the organization towards long-term success through effective leadership and decision-making. This role is responsible for: - National expansion strategy - Commercial real estate evaluation - Tenant acquisition & relationship management - P&L ownership - Customer experience & design alignment - Organizational building and process excellence Will work directly with the leadership of Sumadhura Group to amplify our commercial presence, strengthen occupier relationships, and build a future-ready managed office ecosystem across India. Requirements: - Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and utilize data for strategic decision-making - Proven expertise in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning - Demonstrated experience in Business Development for identifying, evaluating, and executing new opportunities - Background in Consulting or Management Consulting with a track record of driving impactful organizational change - Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities - Proficiency in developing and implementing large-scale strategic initiatives - Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred - Experience in real estate or workspace solutions is an advantage
