Role Overview We’re hiring Management Trainees to join our core execution team. You’ll work across verticals — Investor Onboarding, Startup Execution, and Investor Management — directly supporting founders, investors, and our internal ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Onboard and manage investors on our investment platform - Work directly with portfolio startups to support execution and fundraising - Manage investor communication, reporting, and engagement - Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and performance reports (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required) - Conduct basic research on markets, investors, and startups - Collaborate with the internal Venture Crafters team to ensure smooth startup operations - Contribute ideas to improve founder–investor experience and platform efficiency Requirements - Strong communication and coordination skills - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with data handling - Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment - Prior experience or exposure in startups, venture capital, or community roles is a plus - No fancy degrees required — execution and hustle matter more - Ex-founders are highly encouraged to apply What You’ll Gain - Work directly with founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders - Learn how startups raise funds and scale - Hands-on exposure to investor management and startup execution - Fast growth track to core leadership roles at Venture Crafters https://www.venturecrafters.ae/
