Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from client onboarding to lead delivery and reporting
- Build, manage, and optimize internal processes to ensure operational excellence across all projects
- Manage a cross-functional team including campaign managers, data teams, and quality assurance
- Track and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Liaise with the sales and client servicing teams to align campaign goals and expectations

- 10+ years of experience in B2B operations, preferably in a demand generation or digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation workflows, campaign metrics, and client SLAs
- Excellent project management, people management, and process optimization skills
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously across geographies
- Proficient in tools like CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms, Excel, and project trackers
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Experience working with global clients is a strong plus
