YASH Technologies is a leading technology integrator specializing in helping clients reimagine operating models enhance competitiveness optimize costs foster exceptional stakeholder experiences and drive business transformation At YASH we re a cluster of the brightest stars working with cutting-edge technologies Our purpose is anchored in a single truth - bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future We are looking forward to hire Automation Testing Professionals in the following areas Job description Program Test Lead TCoE Objectives of this role Maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives Oversee multiple Automation teams ensuring program goals are reached Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance TCoE setup according to organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance Responsibilities Work closely with project sponsor Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams to develop the scope deliverables required resources work plan budget and timing for new initiatives Identify key requirements and estimate automation efforts Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders Act as an Automation Architect between automation team and the delivery manager to troubleshoot issues related to the enterprise automation tool Good understanding of QA methodologies and processes including the ability to guide the team in creating robust automated test scripts Experience analyzing results of automation test runs and improving automation test coverage Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Required skills and qualifications 10 Years of experience leading and setting up TCoE with automation team Knowledge on configurations such as CICD pipelines attended and unattended execution Example DEX with TOSCA Designed strategized automation framework and strategy Five or more years of experience in a mid-management role preferably in leading large automation projects Exceptional skills in leadership time management facilitation and organization Good experience in managing stakeholders Outstanding knowledge on Automation Framework Best Practices and Reporting automation to stakeholders Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent Worked extensively on automation projects with Tricentis TOSCA Strong working knowledge of SAP modules SAP BTP and SAP satellite systems such as Ariba Advanced and Expert level certifications in TOSCA At YASH you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment We leverage career-oriented skilling models and optimize our collective intelligence aided with technology for continuous learning unlearning and relearning at a rapid pace and scale Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles Flexible work arrangements Free spirit and emotional positivity Agile self-determination trust transparency and open collaboration All Support needed for the realization of business goals Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture
