Role: Sr. Tech Test Architect Location:Pan India Interview Mode : virtual Work mode : Hybrid Job type : C2H Immediate Joiner's :15 Day's Experience:10-12 JD: Over 10 years Hands-on experience in test architecture, strategy design, and automation framework development. - Proficient in Selenium Automation, Mobile automation testing and Jmeter - Ability to provide Leadership, Governance & Coaching to QA team within multiple product lines - Responsible for ensuring quality release delivery through comprehensive test planning, execution, reporting and closure of release test activities. - Responsible for test case development and maintenance (manual/automation) - In-depth experience of developing or expanding test automation frameworks that provide a foundation for reliable, robust, and resilient test automation that can be integrated into a CI/CD pipeline or executed separately for on-prem or cloud platforms - Experience of Agile ways of working with heavy emphasis on shift left approach to quality. - In-depth experience of non-functional testing (Performance, Scalability, Concurrency, Reliability, Availability, Interoperability, Compatibility) from planning to test execution / reporting. - Act as point of contact for all test related queries and provide technical test support and training for test team members for products or platforms responsible for. - Define and actively lead on-going development of testing processes and implementation of testing best practice within scrum teams responsible for. - Ensure defect and test automation backlogs have a plan for resolution which can be measured and reported against on a regular basis. - Be able to hire, train and develop talent. - Comprehends the products of business and how the automation concepts can be applied to provide solutions. - Applies and follows knowledge of technical expertise, QA best practices, and proven processes to technically lead a small team of software testers.
