naturally inclusive in how you work with others Required Technical and Professional Experience 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementations Strong expertise in Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Proficient in JavaScript Jelly scripting and API integrations Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting Good understanding of networking protocols server infrastructure and IT operations Certified ServiceNow Administrator CSA Certified Implementation Specialist -
