  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications/modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
  • Create and manage service catalogs, request workflows, and SLA/OLA configurations.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (via REST/SOAP, APIs, or integration tools).
  • Implement ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Perform platform upgrades, patches, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
    (development/administration/consulting).
  • Strong knowledge of
    JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
    .
  • Experience in implementing at least
    2–3 ServiceNow modules
    (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
  • Experience with
    Service Portal, Scoped Applications, Reporting & Dashboards
    .
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
  • Certifications preferred:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / HRSD implementation certifications
