Group CSR (M-6 Grade) The position is for a senior member of CSR team and the person will have responsibilities and exposure to entire CSR work spectrum including ideation, origination, diligence, implementation, monitoring and reporting of CSR Projects.

Role Reports to: Head - CSR

JobDescription:

- Develop ideas and create detailed plans for innovative and robust CSR projects alignedtotheCSRpolicy
- Build relationships with partner organizations, including due-diligence, monitoring implementation and impact
- WorkingcloselywithcorporateteamssuchasFinance,HR,Legal,Secretarial,and Audit.
- CSRCompliances
- Act as an internal and external representative for the company's CSR policies andprojects.
- Liasoning with relevant Govt bodies, implementing organizations, corporates and other entities.

Skill&ExperienceRequired:

- Prior experience in Employee Volunteering, CSR Communication & CSR in Health care/Education/Environment will be good to have.
- Masters qualification in social science from a reputed institution OR MBA/PGDM/PGDBM.
- 8-10 years of experience in with at least 3 years in corporate social responsibility (CSR) function or grant making in philanthropy.
- Ability to influence, collaborate and partner across functions and all levels.
- Strong initiative, interpersonal and team skills.
- Strong written/verbal communication, time management, and quantitative/ analytical skills.
