The Telecaller will engage with prospective students and their families to provide information about various academic programs offered by ICFAI. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, addressing queries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and supporting enrollment processes. The role requires collaboration with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment goals effectively. Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and other regional languages - Experience in customer service, telecalling, or a related field is preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively - Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with MS Office tools and database management systems - Ability to address queries confidently and provide relevant information to prospective students - A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach to handling calls
