Job Title: Telecaller Location: Remote Experience Required: Minimum 1 year About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller with at least 1 year of calling or customer interaction experience. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling outbound calls, engaging with prospects, and supporting lead-generation activities while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain company services/products clearly and address basic queries. Follow a structured calling script when required and maintain call quality. Track daily calls, update CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups. Achieve weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales/business development team to route qualified leads. Maintain professionalism and a positive tone during customer interactions. Required Skills Minimum 1 year of telecalling / telesales Strong communication skills in English. Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling ability. Familiarity with CRM tools, lead sheets, or calling dashboards. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet connection.
