Role Purpose

Responsible for end to end management of Merchant EMI portfolio via Aggregators & third party tie-ups, offers, promotion etc.

Role Accountability

- Identify & partner with aggregators to increase merchant EMI volumes and income
- Launch Merchant EMI offers on SBI Card portfolio to increase card spends and EMI volumes
- Devise and lead implementation of enhancements to existing Merchant EMI products
- Nurture strategic and tactical partnerships at a National, Regional & city level to garner higher share of EMI spends
- Monitor EMI spends program execution, measure outcomes and ensure feedback loop on learnings is completed with program owners to fine tune approach for future programs
- Devise & implement strategies to enhance visibility for SBIC merchant EMI products at merchant locations
- Liaison with branding agencies to create crisp & clear communications for merchant EMI programs
- Ensure that the customer complaints & queries pertaining to merchant EMI products are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Ensure aggregator invoicing & EMI subvention payment recovery as per agreed TAT
- Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence

- Increase no of merchants offering SBI Card EMI
- Incremental Volumes generated through tactical EMI campaigns
- Customer awareness and Visibility for Merchant EMI at merchants
- No. of process enhancement and improvement initiatives suggested
- Process Adherence as per MOU

Qualification

MBA /PGDBM in Marketing or any other relevant discipline
