Core Responsibilities Utility Management Oversee daily operations of utilities including HVAC compressed air systems boilers chillers water treatment plants and electrical distribution Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations Preventive Breakdown Maintenance Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment and utility systems Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history Project Execution Equipment Installation Support installation and commissioning of new utility systems and equipment Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project execution Ensure timely completion of maintenance-related CAPEX projects Safety Compliance Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and company standards Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions Maintain documentation for audits and inspections Team Coordination Training Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors Conduct training sessions on equipment handling and safety practices Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reliability Engineering Purchasing Manage total purchasing for maintenance-related materials oversee store operations and ensure minimum stock levels are maintained AutoCAD Drawing Work Prepare update and manage all engineering drawings and layouts using AutoCAD Vendor Contractor Coordination Handle outside parties vendors for maintenance services repairs and project execution Routine Operations Material Handling Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities and ensure timely availability and handling of required materials Team Motivation Supervision Lead and motivate subordinates including fitters helpers and other support staff to ensure high performance and safety Engineering Documentation Maintain all documentation related to the engineering department including maintenance logs compliance records and audit files Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 400 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person Expected Start Date 19 10 2025
