We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join Maintenance team for the base location Jejuri Pune This role involves handling of facility maintenance general plant maintenance providing crucial technical support to maintenance technicians during preventive maintenance breakdown maintenance Installation and commissioning of new equipment s Your key responsibilities - Preventive maintenance Handling the Preventive maintenance of all most critical critical other Machines Autonomous Maintenance Maintaining schedule of Autonomous maintenance Breakdown Maintenance Identifying areas of obstruction breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools Handling breakdown maintenance of CNC Messer Plasma Cutting Radial drilling machine Shot blasting machine ESAB Automation-SAW Welding Boxing Machines Welding machines etc Hands on experience on FANUC CNC Controller CNC Plasma Cutting Controller PLC Programming Utility Equipment s like Paint booth EOT cranes Portal crane Jib cranes Air compressor Hydra Stackers Air Conditioner Forklifts Fire hydrant system STP DG sets maintenance maintenance and upkeep of solar system etc MTTR Maintaining MTTR Mean Time to Repair for all machines as per the target Upkeep time Maintaining upkeep time of all machines above 99 5 Maintenance Cost Maintaining maintenance cost within the budget Maintenance Purchase Responsible to raise PR s as per spares requirement taking quotation from OEMs for spares negotiate it with the help of sourcing team Handling of spares Management MIS Reports Preparation of MIS reports on monthly basis for maintenance department It includes Power consumption MTTR Mean Time to repair Upkeep time Maintenance cost Preventive maintenance Safety Moral Co- ordination with Government activity Co-ordination with MSEDCL and Electrical Inspector Ensure safety across shop floor activities and actively participate in Safety Committee Maintain audit system for shop floor and machine safety Take necessary actions to address safety non compliances Actively participate in worker welfare and development programs 5 -S Implementation Kaizen Activities HSE management as per KONECRANES Global standard Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards Qualifications What should you bring Qualifications BE B Tech in Electrical Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance department preferably within the engineering industry Technical Knowledge Proficiency in Implementing predictive preventive maintenance schedules for various machinery and equipment to increase machine upkeep-time equipment reliability Knowledge of electrical mechanical and electronic devices Hands on experience on FANUC CNC Controller CNC Plasma Cutting Controller PLC Programming ESAB Automation welding processes Overall knowledge on mechanical components hydraulics in mandatory Basic Awareness about QMS EMS and Safety Management System ISO 9001 14001 45001 Standards and documentation Skills competences Customer-oriented approach to ensure internal customer satisfaction Service focused Interpersonal communication collaborative and presentation skills Goal-oriented dynamic and high sense of responsibility Able to work well under pressure self-reliantly Team player Additional Information Why join us Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Dynamic and collaborative work environment Impactful role in shaping the technical capabilities of the organization Work-life balance initiatives and flexible scheduling options Want to learn more about Konecranes and what your future colleagues have to say -
