Position Maintenance Engineer Level Mid-Level Department Maintenance Location Bhiwandi Reporting To Maintenance Head Experience 3 to 5 years of experience Salary Range 40K - 75K On the base of skills and Interview Performance Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Engineer for our production team in the furniture industry Retail The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes by maintaining repairing equipment utilized in production This position demands a proactive individual who can uphold high standards of safety efficiency and quality in a fast-paced production environment Key Responsibilities Conduct regular maintenance checks on production equipment and machinery Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs made to equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during maintenance operations Participate in the continuous improvement processes by suggesting enhancements to existing maintenance practices Required Skills Competency Strong proficiency in Machine Maintenance Machine like Beam Saw Edge Bending Panel Saw CNC Compressor Screw etc Proven experience in Maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment preferably in the furniture industry Retail Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Qualification Experience BE B Tech Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field Candidate s Can Share Resume on WhatsApp - 8657005459 HR Abhinandan Rai Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
