- Electrical panel PLC related work of CNC machine other machines of wooden dept like stick cutting pining machines Mechanical related work of wooden dept machines Predictive Preventive and Routine maintenance plan of machine compressor weighing balance chilling plant centrifugal pumps RO plant Furnace casting machines soldering machine Spare parts availability storage Coordinate with machines vendors regarding spares availability services of machines Trouble shooting problem solving in a complex environment Implementation of continuous improvement process for efficiency of machines equipment Manage various work teams subcontractors suppliers management etc AMC management of compressors Air conditions plant machines Arrangement for equipment isolation Issue of required Spares Attend every maintenance jobs Usage of proper tools and tackles Coordination with other groups departments for job execution Assistance in Planning Assistance in Planning of Shutdown Maintenance Planning of resources for the day-to-day activities Assistance in planning of annual maintenance Budget Operations and Systems Section wise load monitoring energy consumption analysis records maintenance Daily rounds to plants for monitoring of the systems instruments and taking corrective actions as and when required Assistance in troubleshooting of jobs Execution of AMCs activities as per schedule Checking and ensuring of spares and status of reordering Assisting for external agency coordination Implement Safe work practices Preparation Implementation of SOP s Plant rounds checking comparing parameters corrective action for deviation log sheet check sheets logbook maintenance Responding to plant problems daily Execution of failure analysis recommendations to avoid recurrence Inspection of materials Cost consciousness Timely replacement of electrical parts to avoid breakdowns Correct knowledge and availability of spares keeping record of daily work orders pending tasks Plant modifications Installations of new machines Provide input for modifications Technical Skills - Skills in fault diagnosis and rectification of routine electrical mechanical problems in plant Technical skills for cost effective and quality repairs of electrical mechanical equipment s Skills to plan electrical mechanical jobs systematically with proper job prioritization and job coordination Qualification ITI Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Experience - For ITI 5 to 8 years work experience in Manufacturing Industry For Diploma in Mechanical Electrical 2-5 years work experience in Manufacturing Industry Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience total 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
