Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in IT staffing and IT sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, understanding their IT staffing and sales needs.
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT staffing and sales solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
