Job OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Immigration Consultant for a Full-Time position based in Cochin or Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. This role requires someone skilled in client relationship management, telesales, and negotiation to effectively guide clients through the immigration process.

- Qualifications and SkillsClient relationship management (Mandatory skill) with the ability to manage and nurture client interactions effectively.
- Telesales (Mandatory skill) proficiency to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.
- Negotiation (Mandatory skill) skills to efficiently mediate and resolve client concerns and queries.
- Attention to detail to ensure all immigration processes and documents are meticulously handled.
- Visa application processing knowledge to aid clients in successfully completing and submitting applications.
- Understanding immigration law to provide accurate guidance and updates on policies and procedures.
- Convincing people by building rapport and trust to present viable immigration options and solutions.
- Process coordination ability to manage and streamline the various immigration procedures seamlessly.

- Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in completing and submitting immigration applications in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and procedures to provide clients with accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
- Conduct telesales activities to attract and convert potential clients seeking immigration services.
- Negotiate and mediate with clients to resolve concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient immigration processing and service delivery.
- Prepare and present reports and documentation to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure all immigration processes are compliant with legal and ethical standards.
