Job Title SaaS Business Development Manager 3 Positions Available - Company Teldrip Insight and Connect- Location Remote Based in India - Shift Night Shift 6 00 PM - 3 00 AM IST to align with US business hoursAbout the Role - We are seeking three experienced SaaS Business Development Managers to join our team at Insight and Connect In this remote role you will focus on driving sales of our SaaS products into the US market from India - You ll be responsible for identifying leads building relationships conducting demos and closing deals in the cloud telephony space This position requires a proven track record in high-stakes sales environments with a strong emphasis on achieving targets while working US-aligned hours - We prioritize quality hires and conduct thorough employment verification to ensure authenticity of experience-no exceptions Key Responsibilities - Prospect and qualify leads in the US market through targeted outreach including cold calling email campaigns and LinkedIn networking - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to US clients needs in cloud telephony solutions - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline negotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets - Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and provide feedback on market trends - Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and report on sales activities and performance metrics Required Qualifications and Experience - Total professional experience Minimum 6-8 years in sales or business development roles - SaaS product selling experience into the US market Minimum 5 years with a demonstrated history of closing deals and meeting quotas - Hands-on experience in cloud telephony Mandatory candidates must have worked with related technologies or solutions e g VoIP call center software or unified communications - Strong understanding of the US market dynamics buyer personas and sales cycles in SaaS - Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to engage confidently with US-based stakeholders - Proficiency in sales tools like CRM e g Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach platforms - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred What We Offer - Fully remote work flexibility from anywhere in India - Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives - Opportunity to work on innovative SaaS products in a growing company - Professional development and training to enhance your sales skills - A supportive team environment focused on results and work-life balance adjusted for night shifts ref updazz com
