Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and prospecting. - Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. - Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate information on leads and sales activities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation and conversion rates. - Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients. - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work setting. Additional Information This is a full-time position with an annual salary of 3,00,000 .
