Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Manager- Corporate Relations to lead our corporate outreach, student employability, and industry engagement efforts. The officer will play a pivotal role in grooming students to be job-ready, establishing strong corporate relations, and aligning institutional goals with market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong networks with corporates and industry bodies.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship opportunities.
- Establish MoUs with companies for internships, placements, and training collaborations.
2. Student Training & Career Readiness
- Conduct soft skills training, mock interviews, resume writing, and GD/PI sessions.
- Provide individual mentoring and career counseling to students.
- Coordinate with academic departments for technical preparation.
3. Market Alignment & Feedback
- Research and report current hiring trends, skill demands, and industry expectations.
- Provide regular inputs to academic departments to align curriculum with market needs.
4. Placement Operations
- Schedule placement drives, interviews, and other logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of student placements, employer feedback, and student progress.
- Submit periodic reports to the management on placement status.

Quality internship opportunities aligned with student domain
Alumni & Employer Feedback
90%+ positive feedback from recruiters
Annual employer satisfaction survey with score >4 out of 5
Market Intelligence Reporting
Share one industry trend report per quarter with management
Document at least 3 curriculum recommendations/year based on job market
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain 100% updated placement records
Accurate and timely MIS reporting to the management every month
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring ability
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with academia and industry
- High levels of professionalism, accountability, and ownership
- Familiarity with CRM systems, recruitment platforms, and analytics tools
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor&aposs/Masters degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in training & placement or corporate relations in academia
