The Role We're seeking an Omni-Channel Production Planner who thrives in a high-velocity environment where timing, accuracy, and coordination are everything. This role is responsible for global production planning and inventory alignment across manufacturing, logistics, and sales channels to ensure on-time delivery and optimal stock levels for our D2C, marketplace, and retail operations. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, analytical, and driven by precisionsomeone who takes full ownership of planning outcomes and relentlessly ensures that every product is in the right place, at the right time, at the right cost. What You'll Do - Develop and maintain global production plans that align manufacturing output with omni-channel demand forecasts (Shopify, Amazon, retail). - Translate sales forecasts, new product launches, and replenishment plans into precise manufacturing and delivery schedules. - Coordinate with global factories, logistics teams, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time production, shipment, and inventory availability. - Maintain real-time visibility into inventory flow, lead times, and production bottlenecks; act immediately to resolve disruptions. - Monitor and report on inventory KPIs, including on-time delivery, fill rate, and inventory turnover. - Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes with detailed analysis, capacity planning, and scenario modeling. - Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to balance cost efficiency with delivery precision. - Ensure ERP and planning systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) accurately reflect all production schedules and demand signals. - Continuously improve planning accuracy, communication flow, and operational predictability across global teams. What We're Looking For - Experience: 7+ years in production planning, supply chain, or operationsideally in global D2C, consumer hardware, or electronics businesses. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering; APICS/CPIM certification a plus. - Proven success in multi-region production and inventory planning with tight timelines and cost constraints. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with deep understanding of demand planning, capacity management, and lead-time optimization. - Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Excel/data modeling. - Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of delivery precision and inventory accuracy. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to ownership and accountability at every step Additional Details: - Location: India (Remote) Compensation and Benefits - Competitive salary - Be part of a fast-growing global gaming brand with world-class products and a passionate customer base - Work alongside cross-border teams driving innovation in gaming technology
