- Responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely closure of books of accounts - Preparing balance sheet and P L on a monthly basis - Auditing of financials by the statutory auditor by 30th April for the previous financial year - Ensuring timely closure of tax audits - Managing cash flow and ensuring timely collection - Managing DSO and investing surplus cash prudently - Ensuring timely payment of statutory liabilities to avoid penalties - Monitoring budget vs actual performance and carrying out variance analysis - Analyzing data reports and providing actionable insights and suggestions - Exercising material control labor cost computation control overhead control break even analysis budgetary control - Generating maintaining consolidating and tracking various Weekly Monthly MIS reports - Proactively interacting with multiple internal external stakeholders for preparation of performance reports - Reviewing and costing of manufactured articles periodically - Conducting ratio analysis and cost-benefit analysis for any new project capex - Preparing cost center wise P L and monitoring expenses - Conducting physical verification of Inventory and ensuring valuation as per accounting norms - Identifying weak areas of operation and implementing systems for improvement - Responsible for SKU level Gross Margin analysis General Ledger review and scrutiny on a monthly basis - Providing commercial support to Sales and Operations team in finance related matters - Responsible for all statutory compliances related to Finance - Ensuring compliance to all import export related activities - Preparing documents for getting loans from banks and monitoring compliances - Liaising with various agencies including Government bodies like GST department Authority etc - Overseeing IT function of the company and ensuring IT audit compliance - Implementing ERP and ensuring continuous improvement for productivity improvement - Managing capex and fixed assets of the company Experience-15 yrsSalary-25 to 30 Lacs Pls share resumes at tripti s cielhr com
