Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets. - Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration and customer acquisition. - Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards. - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement. - Conduct regular meetings to review sales progress, address challenges, and motivate the team. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion. - Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and growth strategies. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
