Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
