We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive/Education Counsellor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in sales or counseling roles and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective students and their families to provide information about educational programs and courses.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students educational goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Assist students with the application process, including document submission and interview preparation.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
- Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on program offerings and changes.
- Participate in educational fairs and promotional events to represent the institution and attract potential students.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents.
- Knowledge of the education sector and various academic programs available in India.
- Proficiency in MS Office for managing student information and tracking leads.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
