People Management - Lead and develop a 5-member specialized team. Candidate Profile Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA). Experience: 810 years in export commercial processes, budgeting, forecasting, stakeholder engagement. Performance Metrics (KPIs) - Sales target adherence. - Gross margin optimization. - Reduction in AR days. - Cost efficiency (SVC, Opex). - Customer satisfaction (NPS, dispatch adherence). - Compliance adherence. - Digital project execution.
