Job Title Compliance Officer Loca on GIFT City Gandhinagar Gujarat Timings 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM Onsite role About Us We are a proprietary trading firm based in GIFT City Gandhinagar As a regulated en ty under IFSCA we operate with no external clients and focus exclusively on proprietary trading We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws regula ons and exchange requirements Key Responsibili es Act as the Compliance Officer under IFSCA guidelines independent of the Principal Officer Ensure compliance with all applicable IFSCA exchange SEZ and other regulatory requirements Dra review and update compliance manuals internal policies and procedures Ensure mely submission of regulatory and exchange filings reports Liaise with regulators auditors and exchanges on compliance-related ma ers Assist in the closure of audits statutory audit internal audit cyber audit and any other regulatory audits Conduct periodic compliance reviews and monitoring of business opera ons Maintain compliance records and documenta on for regulatory inspec ons Provide compliance support to the management team on new regula ons or policy changes Requirements Educa on o Professional qualifica on CA CS or post-graduate degree diploma min 1 year in finance law accountancy business management commerce economics capital markets banking insurance OR Experience o Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance within the financial services sector o Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance-related func ons audit regulatory repor ng or internal control will also be considered Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements IFSCA SEZ Exchange Excellent communica on and dra ing skills A en on to detail integrity and ability to work independently Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Education Master s Preferred Experience Audit 2 years Preferred Regulatory reporting 2 years Preferred internal control 2 years Preferred Compliance 2 years Preferred License Certification Company Secretory CS Preferred Work Location In person
