Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to lead our Solar Distribution business in India. This senior role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the solar industry and a proven track record of scaling distribution channels and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for our solar distribution business across India.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share for our solar products.
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and market feedback to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
- 68 years of experience in the Solar Industry
- Proven experience in solar distribution sales or managing distribution channels.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Noida, India.
