This role involves overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure, and ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for township projects. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing and sales professionals to achieve targets. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Brand Management: Oversee branding, positioning, and promotional activities to enhance project visibility. Sales Oversight: Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement corrective actions as needed. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government bodies, and real estate agents. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and team activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 10 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of the Coimbatore real estate market. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
