Job Description Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Reports To: Managing Director / CEO Team Size: 1015 (Sales & Marketing Team) Job Summary: The Property (Township) Marketing & Sales Head is responsible for strategizing and leading all marketing and sales activities for township projects. This role involves overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure, and ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for township projects. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing and sales professionals to achieve targets. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Brand Management: Oversee branding, positioning, and promotional activities to enhance project visibility. Sales Oversight: Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement corrective actions as needed. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government bodies, and real estate agents. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and team activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 10 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of the Coimbatore real estate market. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
