Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Oversee daily sales operations, including lead generation, client meetings, and sales closures. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Team Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts. Market Research: Gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats. Reporting: Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management. Training: Provide training and support to sales executives to enhance their performance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 58 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. Strong understanding of the Coimbatore real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
