Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in Java Spring Boot and AWS and strong experience in container orchestration using Kubernetes and Helm The role focuses on designing and developing scalable backend services and deploying cloud-native applications in a microservices architecture While this is primarily a backend role familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus Roles Responsibilities Design develop and maintain high-performance scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot Build deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS infrastructure Containerize applications and manage orchestration using Kubernetes and Helm Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features Participate in architecture decisions code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in development and production environments Contribute to CI CD automation testing and deployment processes Mandatory Skills Backend Development 7 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot Cloud Infrastructure Practical experience with AWS services e g EC2 ECS EKS Lambda S3 Containerization Orchestration Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm Microservices Architecture Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems CI CD Familiarity with Git Jenkins GitHub Actions or similar tools DevOps Automation Proficiency with Docker and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform Monitoring Logging Experience with tools like CloudWatch Prometheus Grafana or ELK stack Good to Have Skills Front-end Frameworks Experience with React Angular or Vue js Security Understanding of security best practices in cloud and microservices environments Agile Practices Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams Testing Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks for backend services Serverless Architectures Familiarity with AWS Lambda and serverless design patterns Skills Java Spring Boot Aws Kubernetes About Company UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider For more than 20 years UST has worked side by side with the world s best companies to make a real impact through transformation Powered by technology inspired by people and led by purpose UST partners with their clients from design to operation With deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy UST embeds innovation and agility into their clients organizations With over 30 000 employees in 30 countries UST builds for boundless impact touching billions of lives in the process
